These terms describe how Hurco handles catalog requests, quote packets, document downloads, and related custom manufacturing support. By submitting a request, you confirm that the information supplied is accurate enough for preliminary review and that final purchasing decisions remain subject to written confirmation.
Quotes may rely on machine model, manual page, part number, drawing, tolerance, material, quantity, and documentation requirements supplied by the requester. If an input is unclear, Hurco may identify open questions rather than issue a final recommendation. Lead times, availability, substitutes, and document attachments are preliminary until confirmed in writing.
PDF packs, checklists, templates, and catalog summaries are provided for purchasing and engineering review. They must not be treated as final manufacturing instructions unless the applicable order, drawing revision, inspection plan, and acceptance criteria have been approved by authorized personnel.
Hurco is not responsible for delays or mismatches caused by incomplete source data, unapproved substitutions, undocumented machine modifications, or changes made after a quote packet is issued. The requester is responsible for validating fit and compliance before placing a purchase order.
