For the fastest review, attach a machine model, old quote, manual page, part number list, or fixture drawing. Include preferred alternates only if engineering has approved them. If you do not know the exact item, describe the machine, operation, material, and failure point. Hurco will turn that information into a compact question list before pricing is finalized.

Hurco contact requests are routed by the type of uncertainty in the request. A direct replacement with a complete part number can move quickly into pricing. A tooling cross-reference may need machine envelope, spindle, coolant, material, and operation notes. A manual or control-support request may require a machine family, software release, or photo of the relevant page. A repeat-order template needs the prior approved item, packaging quantity, and any receiving instructions that should not change. Sharing this context in the first message helps the quote team return a useful packet instead of a generic acknowledgment.

The form is designed to support short notes as well as detailed sourcing packets. If you have several lines, paste the list into the project notes or summarize the attachment you plan to send after submission.
