How to Actually Evaluate a Hurco CNC Lathe: A Cost Controller's 6-Step Checklist

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Underestimating software costs: The WinMax programming seat isn't always free. Check.
  • Ignoring the control version: Older WinMax versions might not support newer CAM post-processors.
  • Assuming installation is turnkey: It rarely is. You'll likely need extra electrical work or floor modifications.
